The Hornby LNER Azuma High Speed Train Set from our train sets range includes everything you need to start your model railway hobby. It comes with the train, track, controller, power supply and a Hornby TrakMat. This set features a modern replica of the Class 800 Azuma, introduced on the East Coast Mainline in 2019. The real trains use Japanese bullet train technology for a faster and smoother ride. They are bi-mode, meaning they can run on electric power or switch to a diesel engine where needed.

The model includes a powered driving unit, a non-powered driving unit and a passenger coach. Both ends have directional lighting, with white lights at the front and red at the rear. The set also includes an oval of track with a siding, a buffer stop and a controller.

Not suitable for children under 36 months due to small parts and sharp components. Use only with the recommended transformer. Colours and contents may vary. Always refer to the safety notes in the instruction leaflet.
