When is payment taken?
Payment will be withdrawn from your account shortly before dispatch of your order.
How are transactions handled?
We use the online bank Opayo by Elavon (formerly Sage Pay) to authorise all transactions.
Opayo is the new name for Sage Pay. They are one of the UK’s most trusted payments providers, helping businesses grow and accept payments from customers. In 2019, their gateway processed £40bn worth of card payments for over 50,000 merchants, online and in-store.
Opayo has earned PCI DSS Level 1 compliance, the highest possible level of card data security. They continuously invest in the latest technology and testing and are proud to offer enhanced fraud screening. We worry about your payment security, so you don’t have to.
We also offer you additional security through 3D Secure authorisation, such as Verified by Visa and MasterCard Secure Code.
3D Secure
3D Secure stands for 3 Domain Secure. There are 3 parties involved in the 3D Secure process which are:
• Wonderland Models
• The Acquiring Bank
• Visa and MasterCard
3D Secure is a culmination of Verified by Visa (VbV) and MasterCard Secure Code (MSC). It is the latest fraud prevention initiative launched by card schemes as a more secure method for authenticating the shopper at the time of the transaction.
Cards that are part of the scheme: VISA, VISA DELTA, MASTERCARD, MASTERCARD DEBIT, INTERNATIONAL MAESTRO, UK MAESTRO, LASER, and VISA ELECTRON.
Once you have entered your card details on the Opayo payment page you will be prompted on the confirmation page to register your card for 3D Secure (if you have yet to do so) or proceed with the transaction and enter your 3D secure password. Please be aware that the format of the 3D secure password may vary between banks.
If you have yet to register for 3D Secure with your card issuing bank, you will be passed through the following three stages (the stages below are an example and may vary):
If you have already registered your card, you will be redirected to the 3D Secure authentication page to enter your password. This page will differ depending on the card being used as the page is hosted by the card issuing bank:
Once you have submitted your password the transaction will continue with the authorisation process. You will then proceed through the transaction process and either be directed to your success or failure page.

Pricing
Advertised Prices, prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change. Every effort is made to ensure that the prices we advertise are correct. On rare occasions advertised prices can be incorrect. This is never intentional. The most common cause of this is a supplier changing their prices and is beyond our control. In these circumstances, we will contact you to make sure it is ok to proceed with the order at the new price.
All prices/discounts displayed online are only applicable to online purchases. In store purchases will be charged at the standard RRP.
