Christmas Delivery Dates
As we approach the final days of the festive period, we want to advise you of our last shipping dates for delivery to be made by Christmas Eve.
The vast majority of orders will be delivered by Christmas Eve, if they are placed by Wednesday 21st December, however, for parcels sent to selected postcodes where our courier currently has delays, the last shipping date will be Monday 19th December.
Orders must be placed before 2pm and express shipping must be selected at the checkout for this service. UK Mainland only.
Our courier, DPD Local, are continuing to work around the clock to overcome the challenges faced due to numerous factors, including the industrial action at Royal Mail.
Weather conditions continue to be a further challenge for our courier with severe weather experienced in parts of the UK this week. This will inevitably mean further delays for parcels. Wherever possible our courier will always attempt delivery and keep you updated on the status of your parcel. These updates are sent to the email address used when placing your order, and via text message where a mobile number has been provided.

We are closed on Christmas Day and Boxing Day. Any orders placed after
we close on Christmas Eve will be processed when we return on the 27th. The first collection after the Christmas break will be on the 28th. While our couriers endeavour to deliver next day, due to the issues across the network this is not guaranteed.
