The Tamiya Blitzer Beetle is a 1/10 scale radio-controlled monster truck assembly kit inspired by off-road desert racers from the United States. This re-release version offers an exciting build and high-performance RC experience for hobbyists.

The kit features a durable white resin body with side mirrors that can be painted using Tamiya’s TS spray paints for a professional finish. The tough, lightweight ABS bathtub chassis includes a rear-mounted motor and rear-wheel drive layout for realistic handling.

It comes with 4-wheel independent double wishbone suspension, equipped with C.V.A. oil-filled shock units and durable monocoque lower arms. The front spiked tyres have three ribs for stability, while the rear tyres feature spikes and an X-shaped centre tread for extra grip. A fully enclosed gearbox protects against dirt and debris, and a driver figure is included for added realism. The kit uses a Tamiya TEU-104BK forward and reverse brushed motor speed control with low-voltage protection.
