Warlord Games is a British miniatures and wargame publisher based in Nottingham, founded in 2007 by former Games Workshop employees John Stallard and Paul Sawyer. The company’s first production was a set of Roman legionary models, and it has since grown into one of the most prolific publishers in the historical wargaming space. Warlord Games’ most popular title is Bolt Action, a 28mm World War II tabletop wargame designed by industry legends Alessio Cavatore and Rick Priestley. Bolt Action uses an innovative order dice system that creates tense, unpredictable gameplay and covers all major theatres and nations of the Second World War with an extensive miniature range of infantry, vehicles, artillery and terrain.
