The Avro Lancaster B.III (Special) 'The Dambusters' from our 1/72 scale aircraft model kits range accurately recreates the real-life British bomber aircraft flown during World War II. This plastic model kit requires paint and glue to complete.

With 267 plastic parts, this kit is suited to modellers with some experience and provides a rewarding build. Paint and glue are required to complete the model, and we stock the full range of Humbrol paints needed to finish it accurately.

The kit represents the aircraft flown by RAF No. 617 Squadron, who took part in the daring night raid of 16th–17th May 1943. Led by Wing Commander Guy Gibson, the mission became one of the most iconic operations in RAF history, and this model pays tribute to the skill and bravery of the crews involved.
