Wilesco Steam Engine Description
The Wilesco D15 Steam Engine with a mirror polished brass boiler, with a diameter of 55mm, length 140mm, boiler capacity 250cm, with water gauge glass. Red painted boiler house with 2 footbridges and a ladder.
Standing double action reversible brass cylinder with flywheel, flywheel of 80mm diameter with grooved pulley, bearing frame of cast aluminium, centrifugal governor, steam jet oiler and small manometer combined with a spring loaded safety valve, additional steam whistle with chain. Roof mounted bearing shaft combined with a driving belt to the engine unit. The condensed water is fed to a tank hidden under the boiler house causing the chimney to smoke realistically. Finely painted metal.
