The Artesania Latina 1/60 Red Dragon Chinese Junk from the wooden ship model kits range accurately recreates the real-life vessel.
The Red Dragon wood model boat kit by Artesania Latina is a scale reproduction of the junks that plied the rivers and oceans of the Far East, from Singapore to Northern China.
Authentic to the last detail, it's complete with all furnishings and fittings. Materials include plywood keel and frames, walnut and other fine hardwoods for planking and fittings, brass pins, rings and eyebolts, four cast metal cannon, cotton rigging and cloth for sails and poop roof. Construction is double plank-on-bulkhead, and all wooden parts are pre-cut. Full sized plans and illustrated instructions are included.
