One model kit I bought had a missing sheet, They found me the part in the shop and let me have it straight away rather than me having to contact airfix and wait. Much appreciated service. Delivery fast, prices good, helpful knowledgable staff, I wish other shops were more like this.

I have been very pleased with my purchase from wonderland models. I bought three different items. They were the best online price for all three, the items were exactly as described and arrived very well packaged. The delivery was prompt and I was kept informed of the progress of my order and given a delivery window on the day my parcel arrived. Will definitely use them again.

Excellent company, very happy with the service. I ordered 3 items, 1 of them was out of stock but as soon as they had it they posted it on to me. Even though I submitted payment for all 3 items, the money for the delayed toy was not taken until it had been posted. Very good service, thankyou !

Ordered the model for my grandson, was having difficulty getting elsewhere. Dispite not having it in stock Wonderland Models soon found one and got it in time for his Christmas.
