The website was easy to navigate and I was able to find what I was looking got straight away. It was so easy to register with the site and ordering was so easy to do. The site was well laid out and looked very professional.

Website is easy to use and the service is always good. Would be good to have more images of some of the products e.g. the contents of the packs of figures.

I've been using WLM for a number of years now and generally they have always shown consistent service. Delivery is always prompt and on schedule.

The only suggestion I would make is for the numbering of the paint tinlets, as finding a paint numbered 3** can take a little longer as if you list alphabetically it comes after 30 instead of nearer the end of the list. Adding a zero to the paints that have only 2 digits in them would make them list correctly.

Probably one of the easiest websites to use. Navigation is very easy. Layout is perfect and information is straight forward. Search facility is very quick and results are returned within seconds.
