Description
The Alclad II 120ml Grey Primer & Micro Filler is an example of one of the Alclad primers for their range of natural metal finish laquers. The Alclad primers also act as a micro-filler.
Plastic primers and auto primers should be lightly polished with 1000/1200 wet & dry paper to give a less absorbent smooth surface. A basecoat of Alclad gloss black should be applied before spraying High Shine finish lacquers. Alclad is pre-thinned for airbrush use. Drying time is under 10 minutes. Airbrushes should be cleaned with Alclad airbrush cleaner. For use on injection plastic kits a primer is necessary. Regular ALCLA' is similar in strength to lacquer/cellulose car paints. Injected polystyrene plastics frequently have areas which ALCLAD can craze without a proper undercoat. High-Shine ALCLAD finishes require a glossy base coat.
Alclad II's wide range of uses make it the perfect finish for injected polystyrene kits and polycarbonate bodies. The Alclad II Lacquer range of paints consists of regular and high shine Natural Metal finishes, Primers and Varnishes.

Superb quality, easy to use
Ive never been that successful with my airbrushing but this went on beautifully. Will definately be using this from now on.
