Website and stuff was alright, delivery might have been a bit faster (2 weeks, to Holland), but I'll be back.

Great service and lightning shipping to EU Mainland. I was able to alter an ordered item when my order was out to be shipped. Items arrived with three business days.

Using the website is fairly straightforward, however if you are only interested in a particular scale or type of kit you have to trawl through the entire collection unless you know the name, and even when you do sometimes they don’t show, purchasing kits was easy and simple enough.

Bought a candle making kit which arrived very promptly. A damaged candle mould was replced promptly too. Good customer service.

All of my dealings with this company have been most satisfactory. Any emails are answered quickly, normally within 24hrs and their postage is quite reasonable. Hence my continued custom for a few years now.

Was after something special for my daughters birthday saw an rc gizmo on the gadget show did an internet search and found these what a stroke of luck.

Gob smacked by how fast I got it really well packed too, very happy with wonderland models.

I have been buying models on e-bay and shipping them in from Hong Kong.
