Araldite Precision two part Epoxy . Polystyrene cement is required for constructing most plastics kits as they are usually made from polystyrene. Tube cements normally contain a filler that helps fill the joint and can give added strength. Liquid cement contains no filler and is applied with either a brush or via a fine hollow needle. It works by dissolving the surface of the parts in contact and welding them together. Liquid poly's can therefore give much finer results - there is no `ooze' of excess glue - and is the choice of experts.
