The Estes NSA Starship RTF Starter Set requires no glue, no paint and no waiting! Getting started in rocketry couldn't be easier... the rocket is rugged, pre-assembled, decorated and ready for blast off. The starship can undertake many repeated missions as long as you take care of the rather fragile recovery system. If you want to get maximum use out of your model rocket budget, consider getting a Recovery Upgrade Kit B which will provide much more reliability than the Estes knicker elastic and bin liner parachute recovery system! All you need are some rocket motors, AA batteries and a place to fly it. More wadding will be required if you don't invest in the Recovery Upgrade Kit B(which has a piece of permanent wadding).
