IJN battleship Mikasa was built in the Vickers Yard at Barrow, U.K. which IJN had ordered to Vickers Ltd. in 1896. Mikasa was the Flagship of Admiral Togo and fought in the very famous historic battle vs. the Russian Battle Fleet "Battle of the Japan Sea" during May 27-28, 1905.
It is absolutely unique and unusual battle ship model of the age before WWI. Of course, the kit details are very much accurate under our deepest historical research with fine parts fitting.
