The Revell 1/35 Kanonenjagdpanzer plastic tank model accurately recreates the real life German Tank Destroyer. This plastic tank kit requires paint and glue to complete.
This tank destroyer was the first tank of the Federal German Army equipped with an anti-tank gun. The purpose of its development was to assist the infantry in fighting enemy tanks. The production of a total of 770 units as a further development of the tank destroyer IV from WWII started in 1966. As a successor of both the M47 and M48, the tank destroyer was in active service with heavy companies of mechanised infantry and infantry battalions.
