Special Hobby 1/32 Polikarpov I-16 type 24 plastic aircraft model accurately recreates the real life plane. This

Polikarpov I-16 type 24 "Hi-tech version" Hi-tech kit of the famous Rata offering one of the last I-16 versions. The I-16 is so famous that it is pointless to try and describe its history here. The kit contains many highly detailed resin parts including engine detailed fuselage machine guns compartment and a cockpit with opened boarding doors. Further details include a photo-etched fret. The decals offer two machines of Soviet Aces from 72nd IAP. The first machine was piloted by famous B.F. Safonov and sports the slogans "For Stalin" and "Death to Fascists". Sgt. S. Surenko piloted the second machine which sports sign "For SSSR".
