Revell 1/32 601 TLRC "D. Hoffmann" 8340

The Revell 601 TLRC "D. Hoffmann" in their range of slot cars accurately recreates the real life racing car from 1977.

In the former East Germany racing with touring cars was mainly limited to national competitions due to the low cubic capacity of the East German engines. Nevertheless these races, including those with the Trabant 601, enjoyed an outstanding popularity.
Dieter Hoffmann, owner of the yellow original car, can look back on a long career in motor sport. In addition to successful participation in rallies with the Trabant 1977, and as the last East German runner up to the champion on racing circuits in 1990, there were many successes in store for this experienced racing driver in the Trabant Lada Racing Cup. In addition to coming second several times he won the TLRC Cup in the years 1994, 2005 and 2006.
