The Italeri 1/24 FIAT 131 Rally Alitalia is a plastic model kit in the Italeri Car Plastic Model Kits range.
This exceptional car dominated the rally scene from 1977 to 1980, taking world championship titles in 1977, 78 and 80. The Fiat 131 Abarth made its debut in 1976, winning the Rally of Elba and the 1000 Lakes with M. Alen / Kivimaki, who, between 1976 and 1981, won a staggering 8 world rally championship races. Another multi-victory 131 crew was W. Rohrl / Geistdorfer, who, from 1978 to 1980, won 6 world championship races and the 1980 world driver's title. The version reproduced here is the one sponsored by Alitalia, which won the 1000 Lakes with Alen in 1979 and the Portugal rally with Rohrl in 1980.
